How do I return an item?
Since nothing was ever shipped, there's nothing to return. Your credits are refunded instantly upon request from your orders page.
What's the return window?
365 days. We're very relaxed about this because, again, nothing actually shipped.
Do I need a receipt?
All your orders are in your account. We have perfect records of every imaginary purchase.
Can I return partial orders?
Yes. Return individual items or entire orders. Credits are prorated and refunded immediately.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your imaginary item arrived in an imaginary damaged state, we sincerely apologise and will immediately refund your fictional credits.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Absolutely. Add the replacement to your cart and check out with your refunded credits.
